It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the site and contents do not violate any Law. All material, including any graphics and photograph, which are supplied by the client, must not breach any Trademark, Trade Name or Copyright.

Any coding produced by Rickmansworth Web Design will remain the property of Rickmansworth Web Design.

The client will be solely liable for any claim, should one be made, damages or any other legal action resulting from their site.

Rickmansworth Web Design reserve the right to provide a link from their site to the client’s side and a reciprocal link (in a position mutually acceptable).

When the client accepts the estimate, approves the work and is invoiced for 50% of the estimated costs.

All invoices are due within 28 days.

Whilst Rickmansworth Web Design recommends hosting companies to host web sites, no guarantees can be made as to the availability or interruption of this service by Rickmansworth Web Design cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of this service, or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential or special loss.

Should the client wish Rickmansworth Web Design to handle any renewals etc. of Domain Names and web hosting space (where provided by a third party) it is their responsibility to forward any invoices they may receive to Rickmansworth Web Design

It is the client's responsibility to proofread all work and to ensure that it is, satisfactory, correct as to size, content etc and suitable for intended use

Rickmansworth Web Design will not be held liable for any loss of business incurred due to the failure of any of its services. This includes, but is not restricted to, loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect consequential or special loss.

We shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including (but not limited to) loss of business or profit, loss of information, business interruption or downtime. You are advised to take out your own insurance against these and similar risks.

In the unlikely situation that there are any breaches of these terms and condition Rickmansworth Web Design reserve the right to withdraw the site, in question without any further contact with the client, from the server.

Rickmansworth Web Design reserve the right to amend these conditions at any time.
